Nour (Thai TV series)

Nour (Thai: นูร์) is a Thai television series set to premiere in 2026, blending boys' love romance with crime and supernatural fantasy. The show was created and directed by Boss Wasakorn Khumklaowiriya, who also wrote the script. It is produced by Tailai Entertainment as a WeTV original, with a cast that includes Boss Patthakarn, Kitsakorn Kanogtorn (known as Tongtong), Pongsakorn Mettarikanon (Toey), and Chawonwat Thongyoo (Phoom). The series is scheduled to debut on WeTV on 25 August 2026.

The plot follows rookie police officer James as he probes a string of unexplained fires spreading across a city where supernatural events have long stayed hidden. He teams up with Captain Ken, a military officer whose link to the case seems more personal than it first appears. Meanwhile, forensic doctor Jirat and his assistant Chita follow clues that connect the victims, the blazes, and a reality that blurs the line between life and death. As their separate investigations converge, the four men become caught up in a mystery that will alter their lives.

The main cast includes Boss Patthakarn as James, a young officer looking into the arson cases; Kitsakorn Kanogtorn (Tongtong) as Captain Ken, a mysterious military figure tied to the probe; Pongsakorn Mettarikanon (Toey) as Jirat, a forensic doctor and Ken’s close friend; and Chawonwat Thongyoo (Phoom) as Chita, Jirat’s assistant. Supporting roles are played by Siravit Imsee (Little) as Rain, Anton Krueger (Anton) as Panin, Peanut Peeranat Veeranipitkul as Peter, and Namnung Van De Ven as Pear.

The project was first announced on 4 November 2025 under the title AKINA, with a concept teaser released during the WeTV Always More 2026 event. At that time, Boom (Raveewit Jirapongkanon) and Toey were named as leads. Phoom joined the cast on 26 December 2025. In March 2026, WeTV stated that Boom would no longer be part of the series. By May 2026, the project had been reworked and renamed Nour. A blessing ceremony took place on 3 April 2026 at Union Mall in Bangkok, attended by the director, WeTV executives, and the main cast, just before principal photography began.

The first teaser trailer arrived in May 2026, showcasing the four lead characters and the series’ mix of crime, fantasy, and romance. A second official teaser, released on 21 July 2026, confirmed the 25 August premiere date.
