The Sign follows Tharn (Tanatat Phanviriyakool), who has had premonitions about people around him since childhood, sensing both good and evil. As part of a special investigation team, Tharn meets Phaya (Patchanon Ounsa-ard), a brilliant and charming officer, and feels an uncanny familiarity, as if they had known each other for a long time. The series blends investigative and romantic elements with fantasy and reincarnation themes.

The supporting cast includes Phongsakorn Sukiang as Songyot Waliwan, Nuttapart Tuntistinchai as Phathorn Phlengthai, Jakarin Puribhat as Yingyai Mahanop, and others.
